Senior Salesforce Developer - Health cloud

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Salesforce Health Cloud Specialist/Developer to support the discovery, planning, and execution of transition from Salesforce Service Cloud to Health Cloud. This role will play a key part in reviewing existing workflows, identifying areas for improvement, and building Health Cloud solutions that support our clients healthcare delivery objectives. The ideal candidate brings strong Salesforce development skills, a solid understanding of healthcare data structures, and practical experience implementing Health Cloud.

Role & responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess current Service Cloud setup and define transition requirements
• Lead discovery sessions to gather business and technical requirements for Health Cloud adoption
• Design and develop scalable Health Cloud solutions, including custom components, integrations, and data models
• Configure Health Cloud features such as care plans, provider relationships, and patient timelines
• Migrate data and workflows from Service Cloud to Health Cloud, ensuring data integrity and compliance
• Develop and maintain Apex classes, Lightning components, Flows, and other Salesforce assets
• Provide technical guidance and best practices to internal teams and partners
• Conduct testing, training, and documentation to support a smooth transition
• Stay current with Salesforce Health Cloud updates and industry trends

Key Requirements:

• 5+ year of hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud
• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Health Cloud, Data Cloud, and MuleSoft
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field
• 3+ years of Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning
• Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, HIPAA compliance, and FHIR standards
• Experience with Salesforce integrations (APIs, HL7, middleware tools)
• Salesforce certifications preferred (e.g., Health Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer I/II)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience with EHR/EMR systems integration
• Familiarity with Service Cloud and its transition challenges
• Agile/Scrum project experience
• Knowledge of patient engagement and care coordination tools
