Senior Salesforce Developer

As a Senior Salesforce Developer at Boston Scientific, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growing demands of the India SFDC Product Team. Your expertise in Salesforce development, problem-solving abilities, and proactive approach will be essential in managing the increasing workload and supporting key initiatives across product development, integration, and cross-functional collaboration. Your responsibilities will include leading the design, development, and deployment of scalable Salesforce solutions for initiatives like AOP Feedback, Tableau Integration, and Territory Action Planning. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, guide and mentor junior developers, take ownership of project timelines, and work closely with the SFDC Product Owner to track progress using tools like Jira. In this role, you will also serve as a backup lead for critical activities, remain flexible and responsive to ad-hoc development or configuration requests, and ensure quality, consistency, and timely delivery of solutions. Your ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate across teams, along with your excellent communication and problem-solving skills, will be crucial for success in this role. To be considered for this position, you should have a B.E./B.Tech or BCA+MCA degree, along with 4-7.5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, declarative tools, platform limits, integrations, Agile methodologies, and Jira project tracking is required. A Salesforce Platform Developer II certification is preferred.
