Senior Salesforce Consultant-Release Engineer

We are looking for an experienced technology professional with expertise in Salesforce configurations and declarative development, specifically focusing on projects for Non-profit or Higher Education clients. As a hands-on specialist, you will be responsible for building, testing, and deploying solutions to meet client requirements using your in-depth knowledge of Salesforce best practices. Your key responsibilities will include maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Non-profit & Education Clouds, mentoring less experienced consultants, implementing solutions across multiple Clouds, and ensuring proactive QA on team solutions. You will also be expected to demonstrate expertise in CFG methodology and business processes, provide feedback to leadership for improvement, and deliver projects on time and within budget. To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 3 Salesforce certifications, including the Salesforce.com administrator certification and at least one consulting certification. Experience consulting on Salesforce implementations and understanding common business processes for non-profits or higher education institutions is essential. You should also possess strong Salesforce configuration knowledge, familiarity with DevOps and release management tools, and excellent consulting skills. Preferred skills for this role include strong time management, organizational skills, written and verbal communication abilities, and experience in managing releases for large and complex Salesforce implementations. A Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent education/experience is required.
