Senior Sales Senior Business Development Leader - Careers Senior Sales Senior Business Development Leader Role Overview: We are seeking a seasoned sales leader with 10+ years of experience to lead business development efforts and drive strategic growth across India. The ideal candidate will bring deep domain knowledge, strong executive presence, and proven expertise in selling enterprise technology solutions. As a Country Lead, you will be responsible for spearheading market expansion, building high-value customer relationships, and contributing to revenue acceleration through AI and automation offerings. Key Responsibilities: Lead strategic business development and enterprise sales initiatives across India. Identify and secure new business opportunities aligned with AutomationEdge s AI and automation portfolio. Drive C-level engagements, positioning the platform as a digital transformation enabler. Define and execute regional go-to-market strategies to expand customer base and solution adoption. Partner closely with product, marketing, and delivery teams to craft tailored solutions for client needs. Represent AutomationEdge at industry forums and build thought leadership. Lead large enterprise deals, from discovery to closure, and drive long-term account growth. Mentor junior sales professionals and contribute to team development. Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, or strategic account management. Proven track record of exceeding high-value sales targets, preferably in SaaS, AI, or automation domains. Strong understanding of AI, Generative AI, HyperAutomation, IDP, and ChatBot technologies. Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and engage CXO-level stakeholders. Excellent strategic thinking, negotiation, and communication skills.
