Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue goals.
Identify new business opportunities and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
Build, maintain, and expand long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Lead high-level negotiations and close complex deals.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align on customer needs.
Provide accurate sales forecasting and report regularly on pipeline and performance metrics.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
Mentor and support junior sales representatives.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
510+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a senior or strategic role.
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-starter with high energy and an entrepreneurial mindset.
Ability to travel as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience selling in [insert industry e.g., SaaS, healthcare, finance].
Existing network of industry contacts and potential clients.
Data-driven with an analytical approach to sales and forecasting.
