Senior Sales Representative Staff Augmentation Services

As a Senior Sales Representative at NeoSOFT, your role will involve leading sales for the Staff Augmentation Services, focusing on acquiring new clients, growing strategic accounts, and accelerating revenue across global markets. **Key Responsibilities:** - Drive new business for IT Staff Augmentation (contract & contract-to-hire) across regions including the US, UK, MEA, and APAC - Identify, engage, and close opportunities with key decision-makers (CTOs, CIOs, Engineering Heads) - Lead end-to-end sales cycle: discovery, proposal, negotiation, closure - Collaborate with delivery/recruitment teams to align client needs with top talent - Respond to RFPs/RFIs, present proposals, and negotiate competitive pricing - Track pipeline in CRM and report performance against monthly/quarterly targets - Cross-sell and upsell into existing accounts **Qualifications Required:** - 7+ years of IT services sales experience, with 3+ years in staff augmentation - Strong understanding of offshore/onshore/hybrid delivery models - Proven track record of exceeding sales targets - Skilled in consultative selling, pricing strategy, and proposal development - Excellent communicator with strong presentation and negotiation skills - Experience selling into tech, digital, or AWS/MSP partner companies is a plus - Sales certifications (e.g., MEDDIC, Sandler, HubSpot) preferred If you are looking for an opportunity to work in a global digital transformation and IT consulting company with top-tier clients, a collaborative culture, and a competitive rewards structure, NeoSOFT is the place for you.
