Senior Sales & Operations Coordinator

to manage end-to-end sales documentation, dispatch processes, and client coordination. This role is critical to ensuring smooth operational flow between the sales team, factory, and clients, with a strong focus on documentation accuracy, timely dispatch, and follow-up. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of relevant experience, excellent communication skills in English, and the ability to handle responsibilities independently while reporting directly to the Director.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare

  Consent Letters

  and share with relevant parties via email
• Draft and send

  Proforma Invoices

  to clients in a timely and accurate manner
• Maintain regular communication and follow-up with

  sales parties

  to ensure order clarity and completion
• Coordinate with the

  factory team

  to manage dispatch schedules and ensure timely delivery
• Monitor and follow up on

  payment collections

  from clients
• Ensure timely collection of

  C Forms

  from sales parties and maintain compliance
• Handle

  business correspondence and letter drafting

  professionally
• Prepare and manage

  Export Invoice documentation

  and related records
• Maintain and reconcile

  sales data

  with consent documentation for reporting accuracy

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Commerce, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in sales operations, dispatch, or export documentation
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong command of spoken and written

  English

• Excellent interpersonal and follow-up skills
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities efficiently
• Well Groomed
