Senior Sales & Operations Coordinator

As a skilled and experienced Senior Sales & Operations Coordinator, your role will involve managing end-to-end sales documentation, dispatch processes, and client coordination. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare Consent Letters and share them with relevant parties via email - Draft and send Proforma Invoices to clients accurately and promptly - Maintain regular communication and follow-up with sales parties to ensure order clarity and completion - Coordinate with the factory team to manage dispatch schedules for timely delivery - Ensure timely collection of C Forms from sales parties and maintain compliance - Handle business correspondence and letter drafting professionally - Prepare and manage Export Invoice documentation along with related records - Maintain and reconcile sales data with consent documentation for reporting accuracy Requirements: - Bachelors degree in business administration, Commerce, or a related field - Minimum of 8 years experience in sales operations, dispatch, or export documentation - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) - Strong command of spoken and written English - Excellent interpersonal and follow-up skills - Ability to work independently and efficiently manage priorities Please note, there are no additional details about the company provided in the job description.,
