Senior Sales Officer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Sales Officer who can grow our stationery business in Bhopal. The person will meet retailers, wholesalers, schools, and offices, promote our products, and achieve sales targets.

Location: Bhopal
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience: 1–4 years in stationery industry

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit stationery shops, bookstores, schools, colleges, offices, and wholesalers to generate sales.
• Promote and sell company products (notebooks, pens, office supplies, etc.).
• Take care of existing customers and maintain good relationships.
• Ensure products are available and visible in the market.
• Collect market information about competitors and pricing.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Support sales promotions and check their results.
• Collect payments on time and resolve customer issues.
• Share daily/weekly sales updates with the Sales Manager.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Graduate in Business, Marketing, or any related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in stationery.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Knowledge of local market and customers.
• Able to work independently and manage time well.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office; CRM experience is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,413.60 - ₹36,889.01 per month
