Job Title: State Sales Head (Gujarat) Department: Sales & Marketing Industry Type: Solar Inverters & Energy Storage Solutions Location: –Pune Maharashtra Reports To: AVP Sales Key Responsibilities: Achieve state sales targets for solar inverters (string, hybrid, micro, central, etc.) and related solar solutions. Identify and appoint new sales lead, and EPC clients within the state. Develop sales strategies aligned with company objectives to increase market share. Generate new business opportunities across C&I, residential, and utility segments. Conduct regular follow-ups with key accounts and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers. Conduct detailed market analysis to identify potential customers, competitors, and pricing trends. Gather competitor intelligence and provide feedback for product positioning and strategy adjustments. Recommend new territories, product improvements, and pricing strategies based on market insights. Lead, mentor, and motivate Area Sales Executives / Officers within the state. Conduct weekly/monthly performance reviews and develop team capability. Coordinate with internal departments (Service, Logistics, Finance, and Marketing) for smooth operations. Ensure superior customer experience through timely delivery, installation support, and after-sales service coordination. Prepare and submit sales tracking reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards & MIS on weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
