Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Officer, based in Jabalpur. The Senior Sales Officer will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, managing channel sales, and driving lead generation efforts. The role includes building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying and acquiring new clients, meeting sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless sales processes and delivery is also an important aspect of this role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales Operations and Channel Sales
• Strong skills in Customer Service and Lead Generation
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Experience in the agriculture or irrigation industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agriculture, or a related field
