Senior Sales Officer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions to every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
• Negotiate and close deals while handling objections smoothly.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer experience.
• Provide after-sales support and resolve customer issues or concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales and customer interactions in CRM or sales logs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
