We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Officer to join our team in the Credit Cards department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and customer service, with excellent communication skills. Roles and Responsibility Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase sales and revenue. Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity to stay ahead in the market. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals. Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion. Job Requirements Proven experience in sales and customer service, preferably in the BFSI industry. Strong knowledge of credit cards and related products. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Experience working with Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd is an added advantage.
