Senior Sales & Marketing Manager

• 10+ years of proven sales & marketing experience in the Residential real estate sector in Kerala, India.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve company targets for Apartment projects.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance and conversions.
• Drive customer acquisition through multiple channels including digital marketing, channel partners, site visits, events, and direct sales.
• Establish strong relationships with customers, brokers, and channel partners to generate leads and close sales.
• Oversee marketing campaigns (online & offline), brand promotions, and project launches.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine strategies.
• Manage end-to-end sales processes from inquiry to closure, ensuring excellent customer experience.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management review.
• Collaborate with project, finance, and customer relations teams to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
