Arch and Design is a dynamic leader in the architecture and design industry, delivering innovative solutions for commercial interiors, residential projects, sustainable design, etc. We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Executive with a strong background in architecture and design to strengthen our brand presence and drive sales growth through strategic marketing efforts.

Job Summary:

• As a Marketing Executive – Architecture & Design, your primary goal is to drive qualified leads and boost sales by developing and executing effective marketing strategies tailored to the A&D industry. You will bridge the gap between our design vision and market needs, ensuring our offerings are compellingly communicated to architects, designers, developers, and potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns to promote design services and generate leads.
• Collaborate with the sales and design teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
• Build relationships with architecture and design professionals, industry influencers, and publications.
• Plan and execute events, exhibitions, and design showcases to elevate brand presence.
• Create compelling marketing materials, case studies, presentations, and content for multiple platforms.
• Analyze marketing data, track ROI, and optimize strategies based on performance.
• Research market trends, competitors, and customer preferences in the design space.
• Maintain and enhance CRM database for effective client targeting and lead nurturing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Architecture, Design, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the architecture, interior design, or construction sectors.
• Strong understanding of the A&D industry, sales pipelines, and client journey.
• Excellent communication, content creation, and storytelling skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.
