Senior Sales Manager TMI Product Line

As a Senior Sales Manager at Integrated Services & Consultancy (ISC), ESA Group Associate Company, with aggressive expansion plans, your role will involve growing the business and customer base. You will be based in Bangalore and will have the opportunity to represent a reputed brand in the Test and Measurement industry, offering a wide range of products. **Key Responsibilities:** - Achieve the assigned/agreed target for each fiscal year. - Generate enquiries from new customers/assigned segment. - Identify the target customer base and their requirements. - Develop knowledge of the domain, product features, and benefits for pre-sales activities. - Maintain a sales plan focusing on key accounts and sales stimulus activities. - Understand customer organizations, their departments, functions, strategies, and key programs. - Identify customer requirements and promote TMI products into new and existing applications/customers. - Utilize sales resources effectively, including applications engineers, channel partners/dealers, and service/support representatives. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in E & C /Instrumentation. - 4 to 6 years of successful technology field sales experience, preferably in the Test and Measurement field. - Proven track record of successful high-technology sales. - Strong knowledge of the electronics industry, especially the TMI industry. - Experience with technical sales skills such as prospecting, qualifying, closing, and growing existing customers. - Willingness to travel throughout the sales territory and possess strong teamwork and accountability for customer engagements. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Strong time management and organizational skills. - Experience with computers, e-mail, Microsoft Office programs/CRM.
