As a Senior Sales Manager at Integrated Services & Consultancy (ISC), an ESA Group Associate Company, you will play a vital role in driving the growth of the business and expanding the customer base. Additionally, you will need to familiarize yourself with customer organizations by department, function, strategies, and key programs, in order to identify customer requirements and effectively promote the represented TMI products to new and existing applications and customers. Collaboration with sales resources, including applications engineers, channel partners/dealers, and service/support representatives, will be essential to drive sales growth and support customer engagement. To be successful in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in E & C / Instrumentation, with 4 to 6 years of successful technology field sales experience, preferably in the Test and Measurement industry. A proven track record of high-technology sales, strong motivation, in-depth knowledge of the electronics industry, particularly the TMI sector, and technical sales skills are highly desirable. You should also be willing to travel throughout the sales territory, demonstrate strong teamwork, accountability for customer engagements, excellent communication and presentation skills, effective time management, organizational skills, and proficiency in computer applications, e-mail, and Microsoft Office programs/CRM.,
