FAE Embedded Systems

As a Field Application Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting pre-sales and post-sales activities related to ESSs Products Portfolio, which includes a variety of Embedded Tools and Solutions. Your role will involve engaging with customers to demonstrate product capabilities, participate in business growth strategies, and provide technical support to ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrate product capabilities to effectively position products against competitors. - Develop strategies for business growth and support demand creation for the products. - Engage with customers and sales teams to strategize customer engagements and achieve assigned goals. - Deliver pre-sales technical presentations and offer practical problem resolution tailored to customer needs. - Conduct customer trainings to enhance product knowledge and usage. - Coordinate technical support activities with sales and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the field. - Educational background in B.E, B.Tech, M.Sc, M.S, M.E, M.Tech (Embedded Systems / Electronics / Communication / Instrumentation / Electrical / Computer Science). - Good knowledge of 8/16/32/64-bit processors architecture. - Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, and Assembly. - Understanding of Embedded Software Development, RTOS, Real-time embedded systems, Embedded Linux operating system, BSPs, boot-loaders, debugging tools, tracing tools, and test and measurement tools. - Self-motivated, disciplined, and detail-oriented with strong customer service skills. - Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills. - Ability to work with multiple groups at different locations. - Willingness to travel to customer sites for problem-solving.
