Role Description

Observe Now is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive growth, and build strong CXO/partner relationships.

What you’ll do:

🔹 Lead & manage the sales team

🔹 Drive sponsorship & delegate sales

🔹 Build and grow CXO/partner relationships

🔹 Close high-value deals & negotiations

🔹 Align sales with event business goals

🔹 Track revenue & share market insights

Eligibility:

✔️ 4+ years of direct B2B event sales experience

✔️ Strong leadership & team management skills

✔️ Proven track record of revenue growth

✔️ Excellent communication & negotiation skills

✔️ Willingness to travel
