Senior Sales Manager

We are a well-established iron and steel trading firm based in Nagpur, catering to both wholesale and retail clients across Maharashtra and adjoining states. With a strong presence in the construction, infrastructure, and industrial sectors, we are now scaling operations and expanding into new markets. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic professional to lead our sales and marketing efforts with strategic insight and execution strength.
Key Responsibilities:

• Drive B2B Sales: Generate and convert high-value leads from builders, contractors, infrastructure companies, and manufacturing units.
• Market Expansion: Identify and develop new territories, especially in Vidarbha, Chhattisgarh, and MP.
• Channel Development: Appoint and manage sub-dealers, fabricators, and institutional buyers.
• Pricing & Negotiation: Track steel price trends and negotiate optimal terms with clients and vendors.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹21,870.66 - ₹80,474.31 per month
