Position: Regional Manager / Senior Manager South Regions to be Handled: Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana Customer Base: Industrial OEMs/OES, Power Pack Manufacturers, Distributors, Traders, and PSU Units Product Portfolio: Industrial and Mobile Hydraulic Filtration Products and Accessories Key Responsibilities: Manage key accounts and develop distributor and dealer networks across the assigned regions. Provide technical support and solutions related to hydraulic power packs, complete hydraulic circuits, and filtration systems. Independently handle all regional processes including marketing, lead generation, RFQ handling, lead conversion, sales growth, payment collection, and brand development activities. Increase share of business and encourage repeat purchases from existing customers. Conduct continuous demand research and monitor competitor activities for hydraulic filter products and services. Own and exceed annual sales targets within the assigned territory and accounts. Foster a high-performing sales culture and act as a strong team player for both internal colleagues and customers. Identify hidden or unmet customer needs and offer innovative solutions that can be converted into revenue-generating projects, supporting the R&D team in potential patent developments. Develop and execute a 3-year business plan for the region, aligned with company targets for Gross Margin, ROS (Return on Sales), and RONA (Return on Net Assets). Be open to frequent travel, with a minimum of 50% of the time spent in the field. Education and Experience Requirements: Educational Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering; an MBA is an added advantage.
