Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Thane for a Senior Sales Manager Loan against Property. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new clients, managing client relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role involves conducting market research, developing sales strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of loan applications.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Management and Client Acquisition
• Knowledge of Loan against Property, Business Loans, and Financial Services
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to conduct market research and develop sales strategies
• Customer Relationship Management and post-sales support experience
• Proficiency in using technology and analytics for sales and client management
• Previous experience in the banking or financial sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
