Job Description:
We are hiring a Senior Sales Manager to drive business growth and manage high-performing sales teams. The role involves handling client relationships, generating business opportunities, and achieving revenue targets through strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team to achieve business goals.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Support and mentor team members for performance improvement.

Requirements:

• Graduation is mandatory.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in sales (Insurance/BFSI preferred).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to deliver results in a target-driven environment.
