• Renewal Ratio: Ensuring budgeted renewal ratio to be achieved by continuous follow up.

1. Stakeholder Management

• Engage with Bank branchs in the city / region on a regular basis; share business insights, growth plans and new products / schemes in order to showcase organization credentials as well expand network


• Inform superior on critical issues / concerns involving other verticals; seek support on resolution

1. Sales Planning

• Devise month wise strategy and weekly breakdown with the team; identify possible risks and derailers in achievement of the same; drive implementation of steps to tackle the challenges in the best possible way

1. Market Study & Intelligence Gathering

• To develop adequate market intelligence to acquire business by establishing, positioning the Bajaj General Insurance Ltd brand and growing the brand


• Excellent inter-personal skills and person expected to have high degree of credibility in the local market.
