Job Description

As a Business Development Manager at Silvin, an ISO 9001 certified company with a strong reputation in lead-free additives manufacturing, your role will involve identifying and pursuing new B2B and international business opportunities. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying and pursuing new B2B and international business opportunities across target sectors and geographies, with a preference for SAARC region markets to drive revenue growth. - Analyzing the current customer portfolio and implementing cross-selling strategies to maximize account value. - Engaging and building a strong pipeline of key decision-makers to accelerate business initiatives. - Overseeing the supply of trial materials, coordinating on-site product trials, and ensuring successful technical implementation. - Collaborating with purchase and plant teams to improve success rates of product trials and conversions. - Developing and executing tailored sales strategies aligned with corporate growth targets. - Introducing new products to existing customers, creating demand and opening new revenue streams. - Monitoring competitor products, pricing trends, and market dynamics to refine positioning and pricing strategies. - Providing timely sales forecasts, market insights, and competitive intelligence to leadership for strategic planning. - Representing the company at trade shows, international exhibitions, and global client forums to boost brand visibility. Your role will require special attributes such as: - Analytical Thinking: Ability to assess market trends, competitor strategies, and international trade opportunities. - Problem-Solving: Quick decision-making and adaptability in dynamic business environments. - Customer-Centric Approach: Strong focus on understanding and fulfilling customer needs across domestic and international markets. - Negotiating Skills: Skilled in B2B and international contract negotiations, securing favorable deals and lasting partnerships. - Global Mindset: Ability to work across cultures, adapt strategies to regional markets, and drive growth experience, with preference for experience in SAARC region business development and exports. If you have experience using CRM tools like Salesforce for efficient pipeline management, customer tracking, and sales forecasting, it would be preferred.,
