Senior Sales Manager - Chemical Industry

As a Marketing and Sales Manager, you will be responsible for achieving marketing and sales objectives through strategic planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of advertisements. You will prepare and execute marketing action plans to meet financial objectives by forecasting requirements and creating annual budgets. Forecasting annual and gross-profit plans by developing sales quotas for different regions will be a key part of your role. To succeed in this position, you need to gain a deep understanding of our product offerings to effectively communicate our value proposition to prospects. Promoting existing brands and launching new products in the market will be crucial. Your ability to listen to customer requirements, understand their challenges, and provide tailored solutions will drive customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will also include enhancing product marketability and profitability by identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities. Staying updated with industry trends through educational opportunities, conferences, and networking is essential. You will measure the outcomes of various messaging and contact approaches to continuously optimize results. Conducting regular sales meetings, quarterly planning meetings, and collaborating with other departments to achieve sales objectives are integral parts of your role. Developing promotional strategies and materials in coordination with the marketing team will be required to enhance brand visibility. The ideal candidate should have a Master's degree in Marketing or International Business from an accredited university and a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in the Chemical or Drug intermediate industry.
