Senior Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Account Manager to join our team and spearhead our efforts in the Indian textile market. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge and a robust network within the Indian textile manufacturing sector. They should be adept at positioning our MES solutions effectively, aligning our strengths with the specific needs of our customers.

• You will develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence in the Indian textile industry.
• You are able to identify key decision-makers and build strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• You are going to collaborate technical and marketing teams to tailor solutions that address customer challenges and maximize value.
• You will manage and grow existing accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• You are going to collaborate with our local agent to support sales and distribute efforts effectively.
• You are curious and want to stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to adjust strategies as necessary.
• You will prepare regular reports and forecasts on sales performance and market trends.

Let's talk you

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is required. An MBA is preferred.
• You have a proven track record in sales, preferably within the ERP/MES or related textile technology solutions sector.
• You have extensive experience in managing accounts and sales channels in the Indian textile manufacturing market.
• You have an understanding of ERP / MES systems, Industry 4.0 / digitalization concepts, and their application in manufacturing environments.
• You are an excellent communicator, negotiator and you have good presentatin skills.
• You are able to travel frequently within India and occasionally internationally.
