About the jobSenior Sales ManagerResponsibilities Deal Closing: Take full responsibility for the entire sales process from leadqualification to closing deals. Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensuresmooth transitions and successful deal closures with international clients. Sales Outreach: Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social selling to engage andnurture leads. Present and communicate the value of Thriving Springs products tointernational prospects, ensuring tailored messaging that resonates with theirneeds. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships withclients, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Act as a trustedadvisor to clients, addressing their needs and resolving issues to facilitatesuccessful deals. Collaboration: Work alongside the marketing, product, and sales teams to alignstrategies and messaging, ensuring consistency and relevance throughout thesales cycle. Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, andcompetitor activities, providing actionable insights to enhance sales strategies andapproaches.Requirements Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in SaaS sales or similar roleswith a strong track record of closing deals. Experience in the HR Tech sector ispreferred. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with aprofessional demeanor and ability to build rapport with international clients. Sales Expertise: Deep understanding of international sales processes and culturalnuances. Expertise in negotiating and closing deals with clients from diversebackgrounds. Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation software tomanage leads and streamline the sales process. On-site Requirement: Must be willing to work from our office in Hyderabad.
