🎯 Job Summary:

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Senior Sales Associate with prior experience in the jewellery industry. The ideal candidate should have strong product knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive sales while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and attend to customers in the showroom professionally.
• Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable jewellery pieces.
• Explain features, designs, gold purity, weight, pricing, and stone settings.
• Meet daily/monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and product exchanges with patience and professionalism.
• Maintain high standards of showroom cleanliness and product display.
• Ensure proper tagging, security, and stock display of jewellery items.
• Coordinate with inventory and billing teams for smooth operations.
• Guide junior sales staff and provide on-the-floor support and mentoring.
• Stay updated on current jewellery trends, designs, and promotion

🎓 Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th pass; diploma or degree preferred
• Training or certification in jewellery sales is a plus

📅 Experience:

• Minimum 2–4 years of jewellery showroom sales experience required

🧍‍♀️ Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Female candidates with a professional appearance and polite demeanour
• Local language fluency (e.g., English, Hindi, Rajasthani, or regional dialect)
• Comfortable with standing for long periods during showroom hours

💰 Salary & Benefits:

• 35k- 55k monthly depending on expertise
• Training & career growth opportunities

• 10:30  AM – 7 PM,, 6 days a week
