Senior Sales Executive

Unique Properties is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team of Q914 Keshav Nagar.

As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling our real estate properties, managing client relationships, and developing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and a thorough understanding of the real estate market.

Role & responsibilities

• Managing end to end sales activities. Sell our real estate properties to prospective clients.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to generate new business opportunities.
• Identify market trends and stay up-to-date on competitors' activities.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies.
• Create and deliver presentations to potential clients.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and seamless execution of deals. Negotiating and closing the deal
• Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate records of all sales activities.
• Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on industry trends and network with potential clients.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
• At least 5 years of sales experience in the real estate industry.
• Strong knowledge of the real estate market, including trends, pricing, and competition.
• Ability to restructure a deal individually.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
