🌟 About the Role

We are looking for Associate Investment Managers with strong communication skills, customer-focused behavior, and the ability to engage and convince clients to achieve sales targets.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

End-to-end sales of vacant properties to prospective tenants.
Schedule & conduct property site visits with clients.
Handle negotiations between owners and tenants to ensure smooth deal closures.
Maintain and update daily activity reports as per company standards.
Build and expand the offline broker network, fostering strong relationships.

🛠️ Skills & Requirements

Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English).
Proficiency in MS Office.
Strong customer relationship management.
Proven sales & negotiation skills.
High energy, confidence & enthusiasm.

💰 Compensation

Fixed Salary: ₹2.5 LPA – ₹6 LPA (based on experience & performance in interview).
Incentives: Attractive, performance-linked.

🎓 Education

Graduate degree in any discipline (Postgraduates welcome).
