Senior Sales Executive-BHOPAL (Security & Networking Products)

As a Senior Sales Executive specializing in Channel Sales of Security & Networking Products, you will be responsible for managing distributor channels in Bhopal and upcountry regions. With 1 to 2 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in expanding our sales network in the Electronic Security and IT Solutions industry. Our company is a rapidly growing brand that offers a diverse range of products including CCTV surveillance systems, wireless networking devices, biometric attendance solutions, and IT peripherals. Operating solely through B2B sales, we rely on channel partners and distributors for our sales network. Your primary responsibilities will include nurturing and expanding the existing distributor network, as well as identifying and onboarding new channel partners in potential areas. You will drive the sales of various products including CCTV & Security Systems, Wireless AP/CPE & Networking Products, Biometric & Access Control Devices, and IT Peripherals. Conducting product training sessions, achieving sales targets, resolving channel queries, and providing market insights to the management will also be part of your role. The ideal candidate for this position should possess at least 1 year of experience in B2B channel/distributor sales within industries like CCTV, IT hardware, networking, security systems, or biometrics. A strong understanding of CCTV technology, networking fundamentals, wireless devices, and IT products is essential. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills are key to succeed in this role. As a self-motivated individual capable of independent fieldwork, you should be willing to travel regularly within Bhopal and upcountry markets.
