Job Description

As a Senior Sales Executive in Channel Sales for Security & Networking Products, you will play a crucial role in expanding the sales network of a rapidly growing brand in the Electronic Security and IT Solutions industry. Operating primarily through channel partners and distributor networks, you will be responsible for driving sales in Bhopal and neighboring upcountry regions. Your main responsibilities will include managing and expanding the existing distributor and dealer network, as well as identifying and onboarding new channel partners in potential areas. You will be entrusted with promoting and selling a range of products, including CCTV surveillance systems, wireless networking devices, biometric attendance systems, and IT peripherals. Conducting product training and demonstrations for channel partners, achieving sales targets, resolving queries, and ensuring smooth order processing are key aspects of your role. To excel in this position, you should possess at least 1 to 2 years of experience in channel sales, particularly in the electronics, security, or IT hardware sectors, along with a strong understanding of the distribution model. A background in B2B sales in industries like CCTV, IT hardware, networking, security systems, or biometrics will be advantageous. Additionally, having a good grasp of CCTV technology, networking fundamentals, wireless devices, and IT products is crucial. Excellent communication skills, relationship-building abilities, and negotiation acumen are essential qualities for success in this role. You should be self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of independent fieldwork, with a willingness to travel regularly within Bhopal and upcountry markets. In return for your contributions, we offer a competitive salary ranging from 20,000 to 30,000 per month, coupled with performance-based incentives.
