As a Senior Sales Executive in Channel Sales (Security & Networking Products), you will play a crucial role in expanding our brand in the Electronic Security and IT Solutions industry. Operating in Bhopal and upcountry regions, your focus will be on managing distributor channel sales and fostering strong relationships within the sales network. You should bring 1 to 2 years of experience in channel sales, particularly in electronics, security, or IT hardware. Your primary responsibilities will include nurturing the existing distributor and dealer network, identifying and onboarding new channel partners, and driving sales of a diverse product range including CCTV surveillance systems, wireless networking devices, biometric attendance tools, and IT peripherals. Furthermore, you will be tasked with conducting product training and demonstrations for channel partners, achieving sales targets through a B2B distribution model, facilitating smooth order processing, and collaborating with internal technical/support teams to meet client requirements. Regular market visits, competitor analysis, and detailed reporting to management will also be part of your role. To excel in this position, you should possess a solid foundation in B2B channel/distributor sales with expertise in industries like CCTV, IT hardware, networking, security systems, and biometrics. A comprehensive understanding of CCTV technology, networking essentials, wireless devices, and IT products is essential. Your excellent communication skills, relationship-building abilities, and negotiation acumen will be critical in driving success.
