Senior Sales Executive / Sales Executive Bathware Division

As a Senior Sales Executive / Sales Executive at RN Valves & Faucets Pvt. Ltd., you will play a vital role in driving sales and expanding market coverage in the bathware industry. Join our team and be a part of a brand that is revolutionizing the Indian bathware industry. **Key Responsibilities:** - Drive primary & secondary sales to achieve monthly/quarterly targets in the assigned territory. - Effectively manage and grow dealer & distributor networks. - Identify and appoint new channel partners to enhance market coverage. - Develop and maintain strong business relationships with channel partners and influencers. - Conduct regular market visits for business development and competitor analysis. - Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless operations, collections, and after-sales service. **Qualification Required:** - Education: MBA / Graduate (MBA Preferred) - Experience: 5-8 years of relevant sales experience in bathware / building materials preferred. Freshers with a strong drive are also welcome. - Strong communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills. - Proven track record of achieving sales growth and effectively managing channel partners. - Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with fieldwork.
