Senior Sales Executive

About the Role:

We are looking for a Sales Executive to drive business growth and expand our market presence in the Audio-Visual (AV) industry. The ideal candidate is proactive, results-driven, and passionate about building strong client relationships while promoting innovative AV products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for AV products and solutions in corporate, education, government, and enterprise sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, integrators, and direct clients.
• Conduct sales presentations, product demos, and technical discussions to highlight product benefits.
• Generate and follow up on leads through exhibitions, trade shows, and industry networking.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and product launches.
• Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, proposals, and quotations.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in sales (AV/IT/Technology industry preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first approach.
• Basic understanding of AV products (PTZ cameras, DSPs, microphones, amplifiers, etc.).
• Ability to work independently and travel for client meetings, events, and expos.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,895.16 - ₹44,205.38 per month
