Job Description

The Real Estate Sales Executive leads the sales team to achieve revenue and growth targets by developing and executing effective sales strategies within the real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue goals in residential/commercial real estate markets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, client leads, and market segments.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with key clients, brokers, developers, and stakeholders to maximize sales potential.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team, setting clear targets, monitoring performance, and facilitating training and development.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and enhance market positioning.
