We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage our financial transactions and ensure smooth accounting operations. The ideal candidate will handle purchase accounting, vendor coordination, payroll processing, and assist with financial audits, while maintaining accurate records and compliance with applicable laws. Key Responsibilities: Manage purchase accounting and service bookings accurately and timely. Handle bank transactions including bill-wise receipts, payments, and bank reconciliations. Prepare purchase orders and quotations for procurement activities. Process vendor payments through electronic banking systems. Coordinate effectively with vendors to ensure smooth transactions and resolve discrepancies. Maintain records of site expenses and other operational costs. Prepare sales bills and invoices in accordance with company policies. Conduct monthly GST 2A reconciliation and ensure GST compliance. Coordinate with Chartered Accountants for financial audit activities, including GST returns, Income Tax returns, TDS filings, and other statutory requirements. Maintain journal voucher accounting for salary disbursements, expense reimbursements, and other financial entries. Manage petty cash operations and ensure proper documentation. Maintain comprehensive and organized accounting records and documentation. Handle banking documentation related to renewals, loans, and other financial services. Oversee payroll processing, including salary calculations, statutory deductions, and salary transfers. Qualifications: Proven experience in accounting and finance functions. Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, IT returns, and related statutory compliances. Proficiency in handling bank reconciliations and electronic vendor payments. Excellent coordination and communication skills. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Experience with payroll processing and petty cash management. Familiarity with accounting software and MS Office.
