Senior Sales Executive

We are currently seeking a talented and driven Senior Sales Executive to join our real estate team at NG PRIME PROPERTY MANAGEMENT. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and generating revenue through the sale of real estate properties.

Responsibilities:

1. Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and providing suitable real estate solutions.

2.Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities for property sales.

3. Present and showcase properties to clients, highlighting their features, benefits, and value propositions.

4. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both the client and the company.

5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Sales Executive in the real estate industry.

2. In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and current property trends in Dehradun.

3. Strong negotiation and persuasive skills to close deals successfully.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients effectively.

5. Ability to work independently and proactively to generate leads and achieve sales targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
