Senior Sales Executive

Salary: ₹22,000 - ₹30,000 per month, plus petrol charges

About the Role

We are looking for a driven and confident Senior Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a high-energy individual with a proven track record in B2B sales and business development within the manufacturing industry. This role requires you to take full ownership of the sales cycle, from generating leads to closing deals and nurturing client relationships across the Punjab and Himachal regions. You must have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to travel extensively within your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development: Actively seek out and develop new business opportunities by targeting potential clients in the manufacturing sector.
• Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales process from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing sales.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Territory Management: Effectively manage and travel within the assigned territory of Punjab and Himachal Pradesh to meet sales targets.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status.

Requirements

• Qualification: Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Experience: 1 to 5 years of B2B sales experience, specifically within the manufacturing industry.
• Industry Knowledge: Proven experience in sales related to products such as tools, equipment, machinery, automobile parts, chemicals, paints, metal, or other industrial goods.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a confident and presentable demeanor.
• Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler and be willing to travel extensively.
• Qualities: Confident, self-motivated, target-driven, and a natural relationship builder.

We are not considering candidates from the Banking, Finance, BPO, KPO, or Pharmaceutical industries for this position.

Pay: ₹13,336.89 - ₹30,000.00 per month
