Job Description

We are seeking a high-performing and experienced Senior Sales Executive to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the sales process, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in B2B/B2C sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Conduct sales presentations, product demos, and client meetings.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align on lead generation strategies.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and pricing.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
  • Mentor and support junior sales team members as needed.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
