Job Title: Senior Sales Executive Modern Trade Location: Bengaluru Department: FMCG Job Summary: The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving ground level execution in Modern Trade stores and chains in Bengaluru. Key Responsibilities: 1) Opening new Modern Trade/Hypermaket/Supermarket outlets as per the geography 2) Maintaining daily/weekly visits to these stores & managing stock merchandising, in store stock placements, visibility & ensuring availability 3) Ensuring that there is regular tertiary sales happening from the respective outlets through various interventions of shelf placement, visibility in stores and increase in MOQs by liasioning with store managers and category managers and executives. 4) Accountability of primary & secondary sales of the distributor/company on daily basis, to manage cross department coordination for smoother business operations 5) Managing any backend or operational issues & solving them like raising Purchase Orders, making amendments, taking appointments, ensuring timely deliveries etc 6) Strong relationship building with respective internal & external stakeholders for better efficiency 7) Good command over data working & MIS Qualifications & Skills Education: Graduate and above Experience: 5yrs+ of work experience in Modern Trade in consumer facing brands Technical Skills: Basic MS Excel Other Requirements: Ability to communicate in English/Hindi as well as local language. 2- Wheeler for market working is preferred.
