Senior Sales Executive

The Senior Sales Executive for Pre-Engineered Buildings at Metal Tree will play a pivotal role in leading business development activities in the North India region. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities within industrial, commercial, and infrastructure sectors. Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with key stakeholders such as architects, contractors, developers, and decision-makers will be crucial to your success in this role. You will be expected to showcase Metal Tree's diverse product portfolio, which includes Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEBs), sandwich panels, Light Gauge Steel Framing (LGSF), and porta cabins to potential clients. Crafting and delivering persuasive sales pitches, proposals, and quotations will be integral to your daily tasks. Collaborating closely with the design and engineering teams to ensure client requirements are aligned with technical solutions is another key aspect of your role. To excel in this position, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field along with at least 3 years of Business-to-Business (B2B) sales experience in the construction, infrastructure, or PEB industry. A proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets, coupled with a strong comprehension of steel structures, prefab systems, and construction workflows, will set you up for success. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential, as is proficiency in CRM tools and the Microsoft Office Suite. Your willingness to travel across various regions for client meetings and site visits will be essential in fostering client relationships and understanding project requirements.
