Job Title : Sales Manager Location : Greater Noida Key Responsibilities : Develop and implement sales strategies to grow business. Identify and acquire new clients, while managing existing relationships. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competition. Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely closure of deals. Prepare and negotiate proposals and contracts with clients. Work with internal teams (design, engineering, project management) to ensure smooth project execution. Provide regular sales reports and updates to management. Ensure strong after-sales support and maintain client relationships. Represent Metal Tree at industry events and exhibitions to promote the company. Requirements : 3-5 years of sales experience in the pre-engineered or prefabricated building industry. Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field. Proven track record of meeting sales targets and closing deals. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Familiar with CRM software and sales management tools.
