Senior Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Executive to lead and grow our PCD Pharma Franchise and Third-Party Manufacturing (Contract Manufacturing) business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B pharmaceutical sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving targets in the pharma sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard new PCD franchise partners and third-party manufacturing clients across India.
• Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, digital platforms, and networking.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, distributors, and business partners.
• Present product portfolio, pricing structures, and proposals to potential clients.
• Handle inquiries related to product availability, MOQs, delivery timelines, and regulatory documentation.
• Collaborate with the production, regulatory, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order execution.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management.
• Keep updated with market trends, competitors, and regulatory guidelines in the pharma industry.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in PCD Pharma Franchise or Third-Party Manufacturing sales.
• Strong network of pharma professionals, distributors, and wholesalers.
• In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical products, formulations, and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
