Senior Sales Executive

The Position

To achieve our goals, we are looking for a Sales Representative to join the team. The Sales Representative will be the first point of contact for prospects visiting the centre. To succeed in this role, s/he should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a passion for yoga and wellness. S/he should also have experience in sales and customer service and be able to work independently and as part of a team. A background in marketing or advertising would be a plus. This is a full-time position based in New Delhi.

Specific Duties:

· Promote and sell classes, workshops, and retreats to potential clients.

· Handle client queries at the centre as well as on various online platforms such as the Lifeyoga website, emails, social media, etc.

· Assist in developing and executing effective sales strategies to achieve the centre's goals and objectives.

· Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the centre's services and increase brand awareness.

· Collaborate with the rest of the team to develop and execute events, promotions, and workshops to attract and retain clients.

· Provide feedback to the team on client needs and preferences.

· Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.

· Performs any other duties relevant to the area of function as assigned by the supervisor.

Required Qualifications & Skillsets:

We are looking for someone who:

• Has 1 - 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the hospitality sector.
• Has excellent written and spoken English.
• Has experience working in a fast-paced environment that is constantly evolving.
• Is a quick learner and can adapt to changing processes and systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
