Job Title: Sales Executive – Fitness & Wellness Location: [Chanakyapuri, New Delhi] Job Type: Full-time Experience: 1–3 years in sales (fitness/wellness industry preferred) Salary: Specify range or "As per industry standards" About Us: Lifeyoga is a multi-disciplinary yoga centre with our first home in lush green Chanakyapuri in Delhi. Job Summary: As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue by converting leads, building client relationships, and promoting our fitness and wellness offerings. You will serve as a brand ambassador, educating prospects on the value of our services and helping them select the best solutions for their needs. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calls, walk-ins, referrals, and online inquiries Conduct consultations and product/service demos for potential clients Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs Build and maintain long-term relationships with members and clients Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up communication Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support promotional campaigns and member engagement Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools Stay up-to-date on fitness/wellness industry trends and competitor offerings Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred) 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the fitness, wellness etc. Strong interpersonal and communication skills High energy, self-motivated, and results-driven Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed Familiarity with CRM systems and basic sales tracking tools Benefits: Competitive salary + performance incentives Free or discounted access to wellness services facilities Career growth and training opportunities Health and wellness benefits How to Apply: Please send your resume and a brief cover letter to hr@life-yoga.com with the subject line "Sales Executive – Fitness & Wellness Application".
