Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales of laboratory products, particularly microbiology and chromatography items, including HPLC/GC vials and columns.
Build and maintain strong client relationships across the assigned territory.
Conduct regular client visits to follow up on leads, support customers, and ensure timely order closures.
Improve overall sales performance by nurturing existing accounts and identifying new business opportunities.
Travel extensively within Telangana to meet customers and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Lead and mentor a team of field sales executives, providing guidance, motivation, and support.
Monitor and track team performance, coach team members, and help them achieve defined sales targets.
Collaborate with senior management to plan, develop, and execute region-specific sales strategies.
