Senior Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the real estate market. You will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing property sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and follow up on leads through calls, site visits, referrals, and digital channels.
• Identify potential clients and understand their property requirements.
• Conduct property presentations and site visits for prospective buyers.
• Maintain updated knowledge of available properties, market trends, and competitor offerings.
• Negotiate and close sales deals while maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets as set by the management.
• Attend real estate events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
• Maintain CRM records and provide timely reports on sales activities.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales; real estate industry experience is an advantage.
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Customer-focused mindset with a go-getter attitude.
• Good command of local language(s) and English.
• Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings.
