Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the real estate market. You will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing property sales. Key Responsibilities: Generate and follow up on leads through calls, site visits, referrals, and digital channels. Identify potential clients and understand their property requirements. Conduct property presentations and site visits for prospective buyers. Maintain updated knowledge of available properties, market trends, and competitor offerings. Negotiate and close sales deals while maintaining strong customer relationships. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets as set by the management. Attend real estate events, exhibitions, and promotional activities. Maintain CRM records and provide timely reports on sales activities. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in sales; real estate industry experience is an advantage. Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. Customer-focused mindset with a go-getter attitude.
