Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Identify potential clients through networking, cold calling, and property site visits. Pitch residential/commercial real estate properties to prospective buyers or investors. Conduct site visits and property tours, and address client queries effectively. Build strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction. Guide clients through the buying/leasing process, including negotiations and closing deals. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently. Stay up to date with market trends, competitor offerings, and legal documentation. Coordinate with the marketing team to create property campaigns and lead generation strategies. Maintain records of client interactions, feedback, and sales activities using CRM tools. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month Compensation Package: Commission pay Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Experience: Real estate sales: 4 years (Required) Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh (Preferred) Work Location: In person
